Really calming and soothing at the start, then it gets more energetic near the end of the song. Sounds like something you would hear from a great composer.

Thanks for the praise!

A really good solid dubstep piece, makes me think of an major alien invasion in the distant future and its aftermath as people dig through the remains to find objects necessary to survive while encountering aliens still left on the earth. overall really solid atmosphere and the wubs are not obnoxious and mesh well with the song as a whole. Wonderful job

Thanks for your review! :D I tried very hard to create that image of an alien invasion. Im glad people are noticing that. My dubstep songs (wobbles) are usually quite mellow for the reason that some people will listen to a song thats more chill, whereas not as many people will like the balls off the walls dubstep like so many dubstep songs nowadays.

Sounds as dark as the image its based off of. Has that creepy vibe and 1:17 sends chills down my spine. Overall a really good piece and would like to see more.

Thanks man, glad you liked it :D

The Song itself was wonderfully good, I also like the acid part around 2:26 however it was not built into properly. The lack of mastering also cost you quite a bit but people do make mistakes. I personally never use Soundgoodizer because of the delay it causes to my already delayed synths. The Piano was nice and chill which kinda put me into a good mood.

Lethal-Input responds:

Thanks for the comment. Yeah the whole mastering thing is still confusing to me in general. I guess I'll get better with it as I go on.

I'm not a huge fan of chipstep in general but this song made me change my mind. It has just the right amount of repetitiveness and its well balanced with no one part overtaking the other. I'm honestly surprised you got all of this out of a simple gameboy. Keep up the good work, would love to see more.

midimachine responds:

it's not really a "single game boy" cause i did a bunch of overdubs and resequencing in FL. you'd need at least 7 to run all the parts in real time :v
